Anne hails from Houston, Texas and graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a B.S. in Neurobiology and a B.A. in Psychology.  She worked in healthcare before pursuing public health studies and graduating from Emory University with her Master of Public Health degree.

She decided to expand her education even more and moved to Portland, Oregon, to attend Lewis & Clark Law School, where she served as the orientation director in 2014. After graduation, Anne utilized her medical background and worked for a top medical malpractice firm, representing doctors and medical professionals. She then transitioned into negotiating contracts on behalf of OHSU, a local teaching hospital.

Anne enjoys working with people and learning their stories. Human connection motivates her to help people tackle their legal problems and move past whatever challenges they are facing. She took her experience to Cheng Law in 2025, serving as Of Counsel to help people and families.

Anne serves on the board of the Oregon Asian Pacific American Bar Association. In her free time, she works in the Oregon wine industry and is an avid runner, participating in several local charity 5ks to raise money for legal aid.
